World Ocean Month Seafood Dinner with Slow Fish Miami
Celebrate World Ocean Month with an unforgettable seafood dinner in collaboration with Allen Susser and Slow Fish Miami at Essensia Restaurant & Bar at The Palms Hotel & Spa.
Set within our lush tropical surroundings, this intimate dinner invites guests to slow down, connect, and savor the story behind every ingredient—an evening of flavor, purpose, and ocean stewardship in celebration of World Ocean Month.
The ticket price includes the 4-course menu highlighting ocean-friendly specials, sustainable fine wines by Gerard Bertrand, Gray Whale Gin & Vodka cocktails, as well as a donation to Slow Food Miami.
Sunday Brunch Buffet
Indulge in our Sunday Brunch Buffet featuring access to curated buffet stations including fresh-baked pastries, charcuterie, seasonal salads, hot entrées, and desserts. Each guest also selects one à la carte item from our “Kitchen to Table” menu. $65++ per adult and $29++ for children 12 and under. Bottomless mimosas or bellinis available for $35 per person (2-hour limit).

Join us for a relaxed happy hour featuring locally inspired flatbreads to share for $15 and refreshing pours of The Beach Rosé for $7/glass or $25/bottle. 10% of all specials benefit the Surfrider Foundation Miami Chapter, supporting ocean and coastal conservation.
